ColourPop Haul!

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a few items on the ColourPop website. I have tried their lippie sticks, liquid lipsticks and supershock shadows. All very pigmented good quality items for such a low price. More recently ColourPop has been coming out with a lot of new items! Here is what I got and my first impressions!

Let’s start with their new brushes. I didn’t purchase the whole set because I honestly didn’t want them all. So I chose (starting from left to right) the blush brush $9, small fluff brush $7, blending brush $6, small shader brush $6 and a pencil brush $6. I love these brushes! They are synthetic and so soft. They look very white and clean. They remind me of the Luxie Brushes that I got in my past Ipsy bags, and I love those. These brushes are cheap and worth it!

Next is the Kathleen Lights X ColourPop Aquarius Bundle($15). This set isn’t super new. It has been out for months already, but I finally caved and bought it. I love Kathleen Lights, she is one of my favorite YouTubers to watch. This bundle is perfect for everyday use. Each one is call Aquarius, but the finishes make the color change slightly. All in all beautiful neutral pinky shades. My favorite lip formula is the satin lip. It just feels the most comfortable on my lips and doesn’t dry them out too much like the Ultra Matte finish often does.

Next is one of their new pressed highlighters ($8). I have tried out some of their super shock highlighters before. I really like those. Very pigmented and soft, but I LOVE the pressed highlighters even more. They are very buttery to the touch, last a long time and are pigmented. The shade I got is called “Here Kitty Kitty” and it’s a beautiful champagne color. I even love the packaging. It’s white and clean and even has a nice clear mirror. I showed this to my mom and she even loved it so much that she bought her own that very day. Well done ColourPop!

Next I got the Karrueche X ColourPop Fem Rosa She palette ($16). This palette is gorgeous! It was my first time swatching their new pressed eyeshadows, and they are beautiful and buttery to the touch. This palette is full of romantic rosey and purple shades. Perfect for date nights šŸ˜‰

Now this is my favorite purchase! The Yes, Please palette ($16). My favorite shades to wear are warm tones, and this palette is ALL warm tones. I pretty much have been wearing just this palette for the last couple of weeks. They are perfect shades for Autumn in my opinion. The only downside to me is the palette is white cardboard. So the shadows make the palette look very dirty which is a bummer. Call me OCD but I like my makeup to appear clean and can be easily cleaned. But for that price I’ll deal!

I also bought the new ColourPop setting sprays but I will be posting a new blog about those soon. I am still trying out each one and gathering my opinions of them. So stay tuned for that blog post.

All in all I loved everything that I got. ColourPop is really stepping up their game. I even hear that they will be sold in Sephora stores. So that’s pretty sweet! Way to go ColourPop keep it up! šŸ™‚

Go ahead and let me know what you thought of this haul, if you like or want to buy any of the items above.

Thank you so much for reading! Until next time!
